Costume and Wig Renting Policy

  1. Costume/Wig Rental
    • Creative Souls Shillong offers a variety of costumes and wigs for rental purposes. Customers may rent costumes and wigs for personal or event use according to the rental terms specified.
    • Renting is only eligible to Shillong Residents.
    • Customers must check the costumes/wigs before taking it with them for any damages/tear that Creative Souls may have missed.
    • Advance payment of minimum 50% has to be paid to confirm the booking, no confirmation will be done unless advance is paid.
    • Full payment has to be made upon costume/wigs pickup from our store.
  2. Booking and Reservations
    • Customers are required to book costumes/wigs atleast 5 days in advance by contacting us directly via instagram or phone call/whatsapp.
    • Advance payment of minimum 50% has to be paid to confirm the booking, no confirmation will be done unless advance is paid.
    • Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Creative Souls Shillong.
  3. Rental Period
    • The rental period begins on the date specified in the booking and ends on the return date agreed upon by the customer and Creative Souls.
    • Late returns may incur additional charges, as outlined in the Late Return Policy below.
  4. Costume/Wig Care
    • Customers are responsible for the proper care and handling of rented costumes/wigs.
    • Costumes/wigs must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
  5. Refund Policy
    • Refunds of advance payment are issued in accordance with the following conditions:
    • No refund: There will be no refund under any circumstances after any payment is already made.
  6. Late Return Policy
    • Late returns are subject to additional charges, calculated on a per-day or 24hr basis.
    • Customers will be charged for each day the costume/wig is overdue, up to a maximum of 3 days.
    • Failure to return the costume/wigs within 3 days of the agreed return date may result in legal action to recover the costume and associated costs.
  7. Lost or Damaged Costumes/wigs
    • Customers are responsible for the full replacement cost of lost or irreparably damaged costumes/wigs.
    • Replacement costs will be determined by us and may include repair fees, cleaning charges, and depreciation costs.
  8. Liability
    • The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of rented costumes/wigs.
    • Customers assume all risks associated with the use of rented costumes/wigs and agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or liabilities.
  9. Governing Law
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Shillong, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
