• Please read the following terms before making any purchase of our products
  • Cash on Delivery only to Shillong Residents
  • No cancellation after confirmation/shipping of the order.
  • For non Shillong residents, all orders have to be prepaid to confirm the order.

• Refund policy of products
  • Please record an unboxing video of the parcel that you receive.
  • Refund is only eligible if the product is damaged/broken during shipment and if unboxing video is recorded to prove that the product was damaged upon delivery.
  • No refund will be give under any other circumstances. No unboxing video means no refund.

• Refunds
  • Once the refund is approved, we will process your refund within the next 3 days.

• Liability
  • Creative Souls Shillong shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of purchased products.
  • Customers assume all risks associated with the use of our products and agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or liabilities.
